Giti Hemmatian
Giti Hamtian is the editor-in-chief of Hamta Magazine. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design and Printing from the University of Art in Tehran and a Master’s degree in Textile and Fashion Design from the University of Science and Culture.
Between 2013 and 2017, she held several solo and group exhibitions in the field of textile design and printing, and worked professionally in the textile and fashion industry as a full-time designer. In 2018, she founded Hamta Textile Studio, working as a freelancer in the field of printed fabrics for scarves, shawls, and garments.
Since 2020, she has been managing Hamta Magazine on Instagram, consistently creating content for four years. In parallel, from 2021 to 2023, she was a contributing writer for the online magazine "sarak.comode", and she continues to lead Hamta Magazine while contributing as one of its authors.
