Abu Dhabi Modest Fashion Week 2025 officially kicked off at the St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, nestled in the heart of Saadiyat Island. The event marked the 10th edition of the international fashion week series, organized by Think Fashion and Red Events, in collaboration with Miral Destinations. This platform embodies the values of authenticity, self-expression, and global inclusivity central to the concept of modest fashion. With its roots preserved and boundaries redefined, modest fashion brought together designers and fashion enthusiasts from around the world in the modern setting of Saadiyat Island.

APRIL 14 IN Saadiyat
Bespoke Atelier, an Abu Dhabi-based brand supported by the Khalifa Fund, opened the show with luxurious eveningwear in vibrant hues like orange, purple, green, and silver, adorned with intricate, shimmering embroidery. From Qatar, the Italian luxury brand HABA presented a sustainable collection designed by renowned designer Antonella Bravi. Nigeria’s Afrika Abaya redefined the abaya using African textiles.
From Turkey, Tuğ Fashion featured minimal yet detailed pieces, while Miha offered romantic silhouettes.
The Palestinian brand Salam Design showcased bridal and eveningwear, and UK-based Turanz Atash London introduced a sustainable swimwear line focused on women’s empowerment.
The American knitwear label Alta Kallaba, founded by a former theater director, and Soleil, a Khalifa Fund-supported brand from Abu Dhabi, presented their collections.Additional showcases included the Dutch brand Les Atelier, American brand Ayana Active, Nigerian North Arabia Couture, and for the second year, Turkey’s Marina Swimwear

To close Day One, the Iranian National Foundation for Fashion, Apparel, and Lifestyle—as a special partner of ADMFW25—presented two leading Iranian designers: Zima Maison and Maria Bashirian, whose collections featured minimal aesthetics, precise cuts, and rich cultural details using luxurious fabrics

Day Two began with the high-end Turkish brand Nigozza, celebrated for its immaculate details. The British brand Lanuuk followed with a line of swimsuits and activewear merging modesty with modern style. Khalifa Fund-backed Cabochon offered a delicate, eye-catching collection. Nigerian brands Amina the Brand and Shatu Garko—the world’s first hijabi beauty queen—also presented their lines.
Eveningwear leader Humble Power from the UAE, Thai bridal label A List & More with 15 years of experience, Jordan’s Ghada Shop with heritage-inspired designs, and Turkish label Terzi Dukkani continued the presentations.
Later, renowned Malaysian designer Arlina Ayou showcased bold silhouettes, and Australian brand Ashaalia, now operating in Dubai, presented luxury hand-crafted, timeless designs. Somali supermodel Rawdah Mohamed graced the runway

16 April
Abu Dhabi Modest Fashion Week 2025 concluded on April 16 with a powerful lineup of panels and expert discussions. The day began with “Women Leading Change: Redefining Success,” a session spotlighting inspiring women who are transforming the fashion industry. Panelists shared insights on entrepreneurship, leadership, and advocacy
This was followed by “The Future of Fashion: Buyer Perspectives, Growth, and Trends,” which delved into market shifts, consumer preferences, and business opportunities shaping the modest fashion sector. Experts addressed the rising demand for inclusivity, sustainable practices, and evolving retail dynamics.
Another highlight was “Voices of Creatives: Shaping Inclusive Narratives in Fashion,” emphasizing diverse representation in fashion media and branding. Creators, designers, and content strategists discussed the critical role of authentic storytelling in shaping global perceptions of modest fashion
The event concluded with “Beyond Stereotypes: A New Era of Modest Fashion,” a panel challenging outdated perceptions and celebrating the diversity within the industry.
